Gateways to Success Mentoring Project LLC is a small business established in Maryland to help students in grades 10 to 12 and undergraduate college students achieve and succeed academically and socially, remain in school, and graduate by providing mentoring and tutoring services. Gateways to Success Mentoring Project provides mentoring program services to include academic individual and group tutoring in the areas of writing and reading for high school and college students.  Gateways to Success Mentoring Project LLC is an educational consultant firm established to help students succeed in accomplishing their educational goals as well as implementing and administering mentoring programs for high schools, colleges and other institutions of learning. Dr. Linda Payne has over 10 years of experience in the field of Adult Education and has taught and facilitated lessons and curriculums in a variety of institutions of learning to include elementary, middle, high schools, colleges and correctional facilities. Her expertise includes developing and implementing mentoring programs, facilitating leadership and life skills curriculum for high school students with an emphasis on helping low performing schools to improve student graduation rates. Dr. Linda Payne graduated from Walden University, 2021 with a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree. She is a graduate of Coppin State University, having completed both a Masters Degree in Adult Education and undergraduate studies, with a B.S. in Management Science. Dr. Linda Payne is available to provide educational services to middle schools, high schools, individual and group mentoring, and first year college students.
